Renita Reed has worked with Partners Worldwide since 2005 while living in Liberia and was instrumental in facilitating the start-up of LEAD Inc. (Liberia Entrepreneurial and Asset Development In the Name of Christ). Upon returning to Grand Rapids in 2008, Renita was hired as the Partnership Facilitator for West Africa and currently resides in Ghana with her family. Prior to working with Partners Worldwide, Renita served for seven years as Executive Director of Restorers Inc., a community development organization in the heart of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Renita is passionate about grassroots community development and Business as Mission. Her favorite passage is Isaiah 58.
Renita was born and raised in Canada, graduated from Calvin College, and made Grand Rapids her home until moving to Liberia. Renita and her husband Bob have two children, Hannah and Noah.
