About Partners Worldwide Internships
Partners Worldwide offers opportunities to get engaged at our home office in Grand Rapids and internationally with our partnerships and affiliate groups abroad. Whether in North America, Africa, Asia, Latin America or the Caribbean, an internship with Partners Worldwide will expose you to global and international business in a practical way as you utilize your talents, energy, and skills.
Domestic Internships
3 – 12 month positions for current college students majoring in business or related field, international development, communications, information technology, etc. Interns work with the headquarter staff in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Internships are unpaid, although interns can fundraise for support. Interested Calvin College students can apply to our open internships through the Comenius program. Openings are available in the fall and spring semesters.
International Internships
12-15 month positions for recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree with international experience and a background in the business sector and/or international development. Internships are paid through fundraised support and interns receive guidance throughout the process. Interns gain hands-on experience working with our affiliates in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, while adding value and building the capacity of local business affiliates and Partners Worldwide.
