kenyaProvide a Loan for Women in Kenya

Imagine the ripple effect of a loan given to a female business owner. She establishes her product, grows profit and hires employees. She can provide nutritious food for her family and the opportunity to attend school for her children. As her business grows, she mentors other women in her community, walking alongside them as they also experience success.

Around the world, micro-finance institutions have come to the conclusion that women are the key to bringing communities out of poverty. Join Partners Worldwide and our work with an organization of Christian entrepreneurs in Kiambu, Kenya- CHESS (Christian Entrepreneurs Saving Society). Almost 50% of the members of CHESS are female entrepreneurs, struggling to support their families and communities. Each of the 340 members of CHESS support each other and their business dreams through training, networking, trade fairs, savings and lending programs-disbursing an average of $15,000 in loans every month.
