Our Vista 2030 Goals
Increased innovation and collaboration in the Partners Worldwide network provide us the opportunity to serve over 1 million business owners by 2030, employing 3 million people, who in turn earn income to support their families and dependents, lifting and sustaining 15 million people out of poverty.
Five Strategic Directions
These five Strategic Directions guide how we will pursue the Vista 2030 goals:
1. Illuminate Imago Dei (Image of God) by Spurring Redemptive Business
Provide inspiration, tools, resources, opportunities, and guidance for business owners to restore broken relationships with God, self, others and Creation, to engage broken systems, and ultimately reflect the image of God through satisfying work and reduction of poverty in their communities.
2. Fortify Our Locally Rooted and Globally Connected Partnerships
Engage, equip and serve Local Community Institutions, Business Affiliates, and Partners Worldwide staff to ensure each component of the “three-stranded cord partnership” is independently healthy and confidently working together.
3. Catalyze Inclusive and Resilient Entrepreneurial Ecosystems
Discover and navigate the complex system of business resources, relationships and rules in each geography, to increase access to knowledge, capital, markets, relationships and supportive business environments and deliver services that reflect a deep understanding of the business owners and their operating environment.
4. Mobilize Strategic Partnerships to Scale Impact
Collaborate with local and global mission aligned organizations to gain understanding and effectively deploy resources to address global poverty together.
5. Build Interconnectivity Across a Growing Global Network
Facilitate new and stronger connections within and across regions, borders, and cultures to cultivate a decentralized global network required for our entrepreneurs to grow and succeed.
