Equipping Youth in India
Our partner Cross Culture works with youth to train them in practical skillsets and connect them to employment opportunities so that they can become financially independent and support their families.
In October we connected the leadership of Cross Culture to a business in Dallas that needed virtual assistants who could assist Amazon aggregators in the US. This was a great opportunity for the youth in India with basic computer knowledge and Cross Culture decided to explore this opportunity. On the 25th of October, Cross Culture started the first batch of Virtual Assistant training for 11 young individuals from Kolkata City. Once the three-week training is completed, the trainees will be engaged in the Virtual Assistant program and can start earning.
This is a start of something new and we at Partners Worldwide are excited to see how this new opportunity can become a blessing to young people in the country!
